How will my delivery be shipped?
Amazon functions as our logistics partner to ship out DEWBU products. They will choose the carrier that they think works best for our customers.
What should I do if my order is out of stock?
Orders placed with items out of stock, may be cancelled for a full refund.
We will ship back-orders upon arrival into stock if the item is scheduled to be back in stock that season. Not all items out of stock will be restocked. The back-order will be cancelled after 30 days if we do not receive the product in stock.
Where possible, we will make every effort to alert customers of potential delays, or offer possible substitutions to the originally ordered item. We send out these by Email: email@example.com.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
What if I enter or provide the wrong address when placing an order?
The shipping information is automatically generated based on the "Shipping Address" entered when placing the order.
If the package is returned to us due to an insufficient address, you will be charged shipping costs to reship the package.
Therefore, if changes need to be made, they must be made quickly. Otherwise, your order will be shipped normally within 24 hours.
