We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have before making a return, and do I have to pay for shipping?

You will get an extra”RETURN FREE SERVICE”which valued about $20 for every order.
Easy and fast to return or exchange with no cost .(Note:every order is eligible for ONLY ONE prepaid shipping label for free. If you need to return or exchange for twice or more, you need to pay the extra freight.)
How do I make a return/exchange?
- Click the “REQUEST RETURN OR EXCHANGE”button below,enter your order and email to submit your request.
- Select the item(s) you would like to return, indicate the reason, and submit.
- You will get a shipping label once your request is approved.
- Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package.
- Call the post office to arrange a collection or drop off at your nearest post office.
- Get your refund or repalcement once we receive your package.
NOTE01: If you are paying to ship back the return yourself, you can use any shipping method you like, just make sure it's postmarked no later than 30 days from the purchase date.
NOTE02: The shipping label we provide only works if you are shipping within the US.
NOTE03: For orders of UK, Europe, Australia and Japan etc. Since we can not issue a pre-paid return shipping label, your return shipping cost will be refunded as soon as we receive the return package. To apply for return or exchange, you could contact us directly by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
- You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached.
- Exchanges/Returns not valid for Final Sale, Open-Box, Bulk Order, with non-returnable marks, free gifts, or Outlet item orders.
- Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
- Please make sure you don't include non-DEWBU items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request.The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
NOTE01: Due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
NOTE02: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 45 days after your order was first placed.
