We hope you love what you've ordered! But just in case you're not 100% satisfied, we've made the return process super easy.
How long do I have before making a return, and how could I get free Returns or Exchanges benefits?
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
If our products have quality problems, we will provide 30-day free exchange service.
In the case that the product has no quality problems, such as unfit size, don't like color, etc. we will not bear the exchange shipping fee.

Can I still return items if they are worn, damaged, or have the tags removed?
You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, have the original tags/packaging attached.
Exchanges/Returns not valid for Final Sale, Open-Box, Bulk Order, with non-returnable marks, free gifts, or Outlet item orders.
How do I make a return/exchange?
To apply for a return or exchange, you could contact us directly by e-mail at email@example.com. Please send your order code and let us know what's your request(return/exchange?). We will reply within 24Hours.
Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
Please make sure you don't include non-DEWBU items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days after we receive your package.
The refund will be issued to the original payment account, as per your request. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

NOTE02: If you have any issues with your return, you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was first placed.
