If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.


What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return:

· Item must be within 30 days of delivery

· Item must be in original condition (unused or lightly used)

· All original components must be included (battery, cables, accessories)

We may request photos to help process your return quickly.


Exchanges (Size or Model)

Need a different size or style? No problem.

We offer easy exchanges within 30 days:

· If the exchange is not due to a quality issue (e.g., size or style change), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

· If the new item has a different price, we will guide you on the difference.

Our team will guide you through the fastest exchange option.


Return Shipping

· For defective or damaged items → we cover return shipping

· For non-defective returns (e.g., wrong size) → the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

We’ll always provide clear instructions before you send anything back.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

· Refunds are issued to your original payment method

· Processing time: typically 3–7 business days after we receive your return

· The refund will be issued to the original payment accountt. The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

· There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is completed.


3-Year Warranty (Quality Guarantee)

DEWBU products are built to last.

We offer a 3-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of purchase, including:

· Heating system issues

· Battery-related defects (under normal use)

· Functional failures not caused by misuse

If your item develops a quality issue, contact us and we will repair or replace it at no charge.


Non-Returnable Situations

We may not accept returns in the following cases:

· Items damaged due to misuse, modification, or improper care

· Missing key components (battery, cables, etc.)

· Requests beyond the 30-day return window


Battery & Safety Note

DEWBU heated apparel uses rechargeable battery systems.

For safety reasons:

· Do not return damaged or unsafe batteries without contacting us first

· Follow all product instructions before use
